By train: Take the Eurostar to Paris and then the TGV Paris-Lourdes. An SNCF bus connects Lourdes station with Luz (40-55 mins depending on whether it passed through Pierrefitte). There is also a night train from Paris to Lourdes so a Eurostar leaving London around 6pm will get you into Lourdes at 7am and in Luz by 9am.

By plane: From May to October Pyrenees Direct has a direct flights from Manchester to Lourdes Monday and Friday. Otherwise Ryan Air flies to Pau, Biarritz and Carcasonne and there are flights to Toulouse. In winter Ryan Air flies to Lourdes.
